Keeper Bios
Elemental Keepers
Name: Maya
Age: 25
Element: Darkness
Description: pale skin, gray hair with a black lightning bolt died going through the middle of it and black eyes.
Maya is a firm user of dark powers. She has a staff and a scythe, both she made herself. She can sometimes be a little on the hyper side or other times on the dark, sadistic and bitchy side. She is a double crosser, but to whose side, no one is really quite sure. She does what is needed, nothing more, nothing less. Her and her sister Rianna are as close as sisters can be, and at some points have gone past that to being lovers. They won’t date, they’re more like sisters with benefits, but they just call themselves lovers for simplicity’s sake.
Name: Rianna
Age: 27
Element: lightning
Description: Yellow hair, black eyes and semi-tan skin
Rianna is the more cut throat of the two sisters, she uses lightning powers, and a staff to control them. Her moral is that she will not die on anyone’s terms but her own. This has led her to fake her death once in the story already, and die for real before being revived in the sequel.
Name: Koto
Age: 16
Element: fire
Description: Orange hair with brown eyes and light skin
Koto is a telepath, but she doesn’t realize this until after dreams made crystal. She has a fiery personality and a vicious temper. She will toss fireballs at random when it suits her mood or she just needs to let out some energy.
Name: Ume
Age: 15
Element: Wind
Description: Pale pink hair and baby blue eyes
Ume is the cluts of the group, and the one who is considered a geek, but there is nothing wrong with geeky. Her favorite thing to do is to watch the sunrise or sunset from her bedroom windows. She often gets into fights with Yama, but her heart is in the right place.

Age: 18
Element: Water
Description: Long blue hair with ice blue eyes
Yama is the leader of the four basic elementals until Koto finds the full extent of her powers when which the two battle it out for leadership. Due to an extenuating circumstance, no one is quite sure who won, so they are co-leaders until the fight can be settled once and for all. Yama is slightly cold at heart, often harping on Ume for whatever reason, and that leads the younger girl to resent her and often brings them to physical blows that the other keepers just watch with amusement.
Name: Kege
Age: 16
Element: earth
Description: Green hair with blue eyes with flecks of brown and green in them
Kege is the vane one, concerned with her looks most of the time and the one that acts like your typical girl. She is not much of a fighter, but she will do what is needed, when it is needed. She was the first keeper to realize her powers, and the only keeper who didn’t need Rianna’s help in the first story, having already been in the fight in the forest with Maya.

Name: Syru
Age: 26
Element: crystal
Description: Light blue hair down to her shoulders with longer parts tied and hanging over them, pale skin, like most of the keepers and a crystal gem imbed on her body, over her heart
Syru is the crystal keeper, using blades and spells of the crystal element, a solidified form of light energy. She is often rude and aggravating to most people and doesn’t really have that large a role in the series.
Name: Kiry
Age: 26
Element: dream
Description: long waist length white hair and a glowing crystal shard imbedded in her left wrist
Kiry is the keeper of dreams, the bringer of dreams and memories, she can put someone into a dreamscape, a mental vice keeping someone locked in a good endless dream or a tormented version of a person’s worst nightmare. She can also bring them out of dreamscapes, Kiry is known to spout random prophecies, and was the one who foretold of what was going to happen to Ria before the story “Trust. She is a pacifist, and won’t use her powers for fighting, the only keeper to be that way.
Name: Mayko
Age: 28
Element: blood
Description: Shoulder length red hair, amethyst eyes, and a necklace with a blood stone in it. Usually wears a black shirt and black pants, like Maya and Rianna always do, it is the usual uniform for the Miro Syndicate.
Mayko is the daughter of Reyoko and nemesis, but has a good heart, even if she has a strange way of showing it. Her and Rianna are close and are the two that are actually dating in “The Trust of sisters” She fakes her death and isn’t seen again until “Dreams Made Crystal”. Mayko has a very strong fear of death, and does several things to keep herself from dying, but Maya finds a way around that to kill her so that nemesis can’t come back and Reyoko will stay as a spirit. She is cut throat and enjoys fighting as much as she enjoys killing things.
Name: Deathica
Age: unknown
Element: Death
Description, Long waist length gray hair, black eyes, and white skin, with a necklace of human fetal skulls.
Deathica only appears once in the entire series, but she considers herself to be an alley to the elementals despite who and what she is. Not much is known about her, except for some books that Yama inherits from her great, great, great grandmother.
Name: Fonz
Age: 19
Element: none
Description: black hair with brown eyes and tanned skin, often has twin swords strapped to his back
Fonz is the younger Maya and Rianna’s trainer for the Syndicate, He takes a liking to them because of their young age and tries to make their lives a little more bearable. He is the one responsible for keeping the two girls together and tries to help them escape when things become too hellish for them, but is killed right in front of Rianna who took a liking to him and that was the clincher to help her control her lightning powers.
Villains
Name: Reyoko
Age: unknown
Element: darkness
Description: Gleaming glowing red eyes, dark skin and spiked hair with red tipped bangs
Reyoko is the sadistic head of the Miro Syndicate. He has a sick twisted mind and will do anything to get what he wants. He tries to break the two sisters on several occasions, often pitting them against one another when they are older, often resorting to rape and mental torture to do the breaking, pity it never worked. He can control another darkness element’s powers, which he uses on Maya to make her fight against her sister and the other keepers in “The Keepers of the Elements” and eventually makes her kill the blood keeper permanently.
Name: Nemesis
Age: unknown
Element: Darkness
Description: Black dragon wings and tail, milky white waxy skin, and long black hair with red bangs held off her face by two clips that look like a skull and cross bones.
Nemesis is the second in command of the Miro Syndicate and the one who is obsessed with gaining more, and more power as the years goes on. She takes a liking to Maya when she is young because she is two years younger than the rest of the syndicate’s assassins, an unhealthy liking I might add, but Maya does credit her with knowing the differences between a keeper, an elemental and an immortal.
Name: Malik
Age: unknown
Element None
Description: orange eyes with cat-like pupils, long black and silver hair framing a pale face, often wears a crimson cloak
Malik is your typical vampire with a thirst for power. He is out to drink and kill the elemental keepers and at the same time he is trying to help Reyoko find a way to revive himself and nemesis. Most vampires are easily killed, but he has taken steps to become an immortal being, so he will be around for a long while.
